When I started this project it was supposed to be a top. But along the way I decided that it may be a nice skirt. Even then I was not sure. When the skirt was done, I suddenly saw it as a dress and started making the top, but I did not like how it looked. I changed it 3 times and I do not have any regrets over it. I like the final product
